After earning her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2014, Dr. Priya began a life-long journey towards education. Since then, she has dedicated over 500 hours to continuing education, learning from respected leaders in the fields of Implant Dentistry, Prosthetics, TMJ, Sleep/Airway, Cosmetic Dentistry, Sports Dentistry, and Biomimetic Dentistry. Dr. Priya understands that providing comprehensive, advanced dental care is a life-long commitment, and truly enjoys the process of growth and learning. Her passion comes from her drive to provide her patients with care she can be proud to deliver.
As dedicated to her craft as she is, Dr. Priya is known for her thoroughness, compassion, and open communication. She will always take her time to ensure you receive a comprehensive examination and detailed explanation of your health. Whether it’s a routine examination or extensive treatment, you can rest-assured; When you are in her chair, you have her undivided attention.
Community Involvement
Giving back has been integral to Dr. Priya’s life and career. Dr. Priya has traveled to Jamaica to provide dental care to adults and children living in impoverished rural communities with little to no access to care. In Chicago, she provided after-school mentorship to children living in Chicago’s homeless shelters. Dr. Priya looks forward to continuing this tradition with her team at 512 Smiles.
Personal Life
Dr. Priya and her husband, Mitchell, look forward to being active members of the Austin community for years to come. Their sweet pup, Porter, who you might meet at the office, is the cutest gentle pup. He would love for you to say hello when you stop in! You can learn more about our office mascot, Porter, here!
In her free time, Dr. Priya partakes in a weekly bowling league, enjoys golfing with her husband, loves trying new restaurants and cuisines, is an avid Cleveland sports fan, and loves anything involving the outdoors (unless it’s cold).
